At Marc’s Appliance Warehouse, we stand behind the products we sell with our very own Factory Authorized Service Department. Our skilled technicians provide appliance repair for both in-warranty and out-of-warranty products, so you can count on us long after your purchase.

We proudly service all major appliance brands we carry.

Please note: We do not service Wolf, Sub-Zero, Thermador, Asko, or Fisher & Paykel. If you’re unsure whether we can service your brand, give us a call and we’ll be happy to confirm.

*Diagnosis visits include the technician trip charge to assess the problem.

*Follow-up visits or part installations include a basic labor rate of $49.

Warranty Information

To help us serve you better, please note the following:

• Cosmetic issues or damage must be reported to the delivery team at the time of delivery.

• Installation issues within the first 7 days should be reported directly to the store. We’ll send our team back to make the installation correction.

• During your Manufacturer warranty period or extended warranty please contact the manufacture directly to set up service approval. All service requests MUST be set up thru the manufacturer or extended warranty company. See list below
